With five Thursdays in January we have taken the opportunity to push the next Melbourne Emergence Meetup a week further away from the main holiday period with the intention of going back to our regular second Thursday schedule from February.

We expect updates on some of the projects being discussed recently and will particularly welcome introductions of new topics of interest within the broad spectrum of emergence, complexity, organisation, knowledge management and cybernetics.

It is also starting to look like the right time to try to (re)activate a few who have not yet become regulars with a view to building the critical mass that will be needed before we can confidently tackle the always enticing possibility of organising a significant emergence event in the 2009-10 timeframe.
